Romero Takes Two

James Romero raised and picked up four callers including Sidney Hasson in the blinds. Hasson shoved the flop for 30,000 into a pot of 50,000 and Romero called. After a fold, Rania Nasreddine then shoved over the top and Romero was the only caller.

The on the turn improved nasreddine to a straight, but it was no good as Romero had both opponents drawing dead with a full house. Hasson even made a meaningless flush with the river before heading to the payout desk. There are less than 90 players remaining and they will head into the dinner break at the end of this level.

Abdellatif replied, "We all have," and Niedringhaus indeed had just one out for the straight flush or running outs for a full house to avoid elimination.
