Zajmovic Saved By the River
Nível 10
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Ema Zajmovic and Jovan Kenjic got their chips in before the flop, with Zajmovic being the shorter stack with 30,000 chips.
Ema Zajmovic: 8♠8♣
Jovan Kenjic: A♥K♠
Zajmovic was excited to be live and felt good about winning the hand. However, the flop brought Q♠K♣5♥, moving Kenjic way ahead. After the turn 3♥ was dealt, Zajmovic seemed to give up, making a comment about how lucky her opponent is, and pushed her chair back to get up and leave. The river, however, brought the 8♥, giving Zajmovic the winning set and she was right back in the game with over 40 big blinds.
