Tepeh had about 264,000 behind and the big blind had forced him all in with a pot of around 200,000 in the middle.
Tepeh looked in two minds and truly torn on what his decision should be.
"Please give me something bro", he said to his silent opponent. "I will give you 20 seconds to say something" he continued but as his opponent stayed silent, it looked like Tepeh was about to slide his cards into the muck but at the last moment he tossed in the one chip call.
"Good call" said his opponent and tabled the 10♥7♥ which Tepeh had bested with the A♦Q♠ and he raked in the large pot.
