Caputo Makes Quads to Eliminate Chorlian
Nível 20
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Brandon Caputo opened 32,000 under the gun and four players made the call.
When the 9♦8♠7♥ flop hit the felt, Robert Chorlian checked and Caputo continued for 175,000. The action folded back to Caputo and he called off his 18,000.
Robert Chorlian: Q♦J♠8♦8♥
Brandon Caputo: 9♥9♣6♦6♠
Both players flopped a set, but Caputo was way out in front with top set. The 9♠ fell on the turn to give him quads and the 4♠ river was just a formality as Chorlian headed to the payout desk.
