Greenblatt Makes a Bold Move

Nível 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Picking up the action on the river, Alex Greenblatt in the small blind was involved in a hand with Joseph Bold on the button.

With the board reading 93Q47 and a large number of chips already in the middle, Greenblatt moved all in for 775,000. After asking for a count, Bold made the call but mucked with some frustration after Greenblatt tabled 97 for two pair as he conceded a pot with massive equity considerations to his opponent.

Elsewhere, Giuseppe Vassallo was seen making his way to the payout desk.

Lopez Forces a Fold From Tsou

Nível 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Action folded around to the blinds, where Adrian Lopez raised to 150,000 from the small blind and James Tsou defended his big blind.

Both players checked on the K5J flop and then Adrian Lopez led out for 110,000 on the 8 turn. Tsou called.

The 10 completed the board and Lopez sized up for a 290,000. Tsou tanked for a while, but eventually let his hand go and Lopez collected the pot.

Konstantinos Nanos

With 240,000 chips in the middle on a flop of 325. Konstantinos Nanos bet 110,000 then called off the remainder of his short stack after Toby Gibson shoved.

Konstantinos Nanos: AA All in
Toby Gibson: K4

Nanos needed to fade the open-ended straight draw of his opponent, and was the favorite to do so as he held two of GIbson's outs. However, the A on the turn gave Nanos a set, but the same card improved Gibson to a straight. Nanos needed the board to pair but instead the 4 river gave both players a straight, which ended the rollercoaster of emotions.

Aloisio Dourado: AJ All in
Gary Gelman: KK

Dourado needed help to stay alive as the J54 flop gave him some hope with a pair. The turn was the 8, while the A fell on the river to give him two pair and a double up.

"You should be on your way back to Brazil, my friend. On a plane," Gelman said as he handed over most of his stack.

Insane Runout Spells the End for Livingston

Nível 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Alex Livingston
Alex Livingston

Alex Livingston moved all in for 275,000 from early position and was looked up by Guillermo Sanchez Otero on the button.

Alex Livingston: J10 All in
Guillermo Sanchez Otero: 77

"I like my hand," Livingston told the table as he saw that he would need to win a flip to survive. The AQK flop instantly improved the at-risk player to broadway and seemingly locked up the pot for Livingston. Otero found some hope, however, on the 7 turn with the A river completing a rollercoaster runout that saw Otero's runner-runner full house down the flopped joint of Livingston.
