The action was back on Lu, who put in a five-bet to 250,000. A large crowd started to form as Okamoto spent a considerable amount of time in the tank, finally electing to fold. As the pot was shipped his way, Lu tabled 7♠2♠, much to the table's surprise.

With less than 100 players to go before the money would be reached, Noah Boeken three-bet a raise of 12,000 from the player under the gun to 40,000 in the small blind.

His opponent called and also called when the 2♦10♥4♣ saw Boeken bet 31,000 chips. Boeken then sized up to 68,000 on the 5♦ turn and was called again.

Finally, Boeken fired 117,000 on the J♦ river and was looked up for the last time. Boeken showed A♠A♦ for a pair of aces, and his opponent flung his cards into the muck.

Vazquez Vanquishes Vierling

The button eventually thought better of it and folded and Somerville dragged the nice pot without showing.
