Brian Rast opened to 550,000 from early position with the A♥8♥ before Tomas Szwarcberg three-bet to 1,400,000 with the A♦Q♥ on Rast's direct left. The latter decided to fold and Szwarcberg took in a nice pickup.
On the next deal, Yake Wu opened to 525,000 from middle position and was called by Andres Gonzalez from the big blind. The 7♠6♣5♥ flop checked through to the 5♠ turn. Gonzalez bet 450,000 and was called. The Q♣ completed the board and Gonzalez check-folded to a bet of 1,350,000.
