The dealer fanned a flop of A♥7♣6♥ and Astedt continued for 200,000. Foxen called, as well as Montoya to find the 5♥ turn.
All three players checked this card, but on the 6♦ river, after Montoya checked, Astedt bet 200,000.
Foxen raised to 1,300,000, so Montoya went deep into the tank. He eventually folded his two pair. Same problem for Astedt, who folded the best hand as well.
