Frank Pasquale caught up with PokerNews to recap a hand he was involved in right before hand-for-hand play began.
According to Pasquale, he raised to 17,000 in the cutoff with A♠K♥ and was three-bet by Stephen Dauphinais on the button to 37,000. Pasquale tanked and flatted, and the two went to a flop of K♣9♣3♣.
Pasquale check-called a bet of 26,000 from Dauphinais, bringing the 2♣ turn. With four clubs on the board, Pasquale checked again and Dauphinais bet 51,000. Pasquale then came over the top with a raise to 110,000, resulting in a snap fold from Dauphinais.
Pasquale then quickly tabled his hand and said "I don't care about the 15k, don't play games with me," as he dragged in the pot.
