Bal Picks Off Gathy
Nível 14
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
The pot stood at 29,000 with two players looking at a full board of 7♣8♥7♦4♣K♠.
Michael Gathy, in the big blind, checked the action to Manpreet Bal, who was under the gun. Bal bet out 20,000. Gathy responded with a raise to approximately 95,000; a considerable proportion of his stack with just 32,000 behind the line.
Bal went deep into the tank before finally electing to make the call. Gathy tabled 8♠5♦, while the two pair of Bal, holding K♥8♦, took down this pot.
