Kitchen’s Nines Good for Win
Nível 5
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Frank Kitchens limped in late position, and then action folded to the blinds, where the small blind called and the big blind checked his option.
The dealer fanned 9♥10♠4♦ on the board, and both players in the blinds checked. Kitchens bet 1,100, which drew check-calls from both players in the blinds.
The Q♦ saw all three players check, as did the 5♠ on the river.
Kitchens tabled A♦9♠ for a pair of nines, and his two opponents mucked their hands. While it was a small pot, Kitchens added to his chip stack.
