Tang Triples Up in Dramatic Fashion
Nível 21
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Jonathan Azoulay raised to 350,000 and David Benyamine called from one seat over. Danny Tang then pushed all in with his short stack and Azoulay did so as well, Benyamine called both with the covering stack.
Danny Tang: K♦Q♥Q♣J♦
Jonathan Azoulay: A♥A♠8♠2♦
David Benyamine: A♦K♥10♥8♦
Azoulay flopped best on A♣J♠3♠ as he had top set and the nut flush draw, while both of his opponents had outs to a straight. The 10♦ turn vaulted Tang into the lead with broadway and the 5♥ river ensured his triple up, while a disgusted Azoulay snapped a picture of the outcome.
Tang tripled for 1,200,000 while Azoulay won the side pot for his six big blinds and change behind against Benyamine.
