Welcome to Day 2 of Event #75: $1,000 Tag Team No-Limit Hold'em at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas. There were 1,437 teams registered on Day 1, surpassing last year's mark of 1,282 participants. This year, the field generated a prize pool worth $1,264,560 with first place being $95,4555 for each winning team member.
Day 2 will start at 11 a.m., close to the money bubble with only 293 teams remaining and 216 to make the money. As well as the money, all of them will be competing for a 2024 World Series of Poker bracelet.
Team Lococo leads the way with 331,500, followed by Team Bond (319,500) and Team Stewart (302,500). Alejandro Lococo of Team Lococo made the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event Final Table in 2021 and also had a large stack to start day 2 of the 2023 version of the WSOP Tag Team Event. Lococo and teammate Ivan Rezzonico will be in search of their first WSOP gold bracelet when play resumes

Action will begin on Level 12 with blinds at 1,000/2,500/2,500 and the day will end after 11 one-hour levels of play. There are no breaks (excepts for color-ups), since one member of each team is always on a "break." The player that bagged at the end of the night is the player that must start at noon.
