Both players checked the 4♦ turn to see the 6♣ on the river and Valone cut out a bet of 800,000. Mahajan thought about it for about 10 seconds and decided to toss his cards into the muck.

Serrate was in great shape to score a double up and knockout Hu but the J♦9♠8♥7♣5♥ run out gave Hu a straight to stay alive and Serrate took down the side pot.
