Seven Deuce Never Lose

Nível 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Justin Grider, with only 625,000 left, went all in from under the gun. Everyone folded to Sean Pitzer in the big blind, who decided to call without looking at his cards. At showdown, Grider revealed K9, while Pitzer showed the worst possible starting hand in Hold'em poker: 72.

There's a saying every poker player knows: "Seven Deuce never lose," and this time, it held true. The dealer revealed the flop: 7K2, giving Pitzer two pair. Though Grider hit a king, the turn 8 provided no help. The river then brought the 7, giving Pitzer a full house and sending Grider to the rail.

Ayers Takes Out Lo

Nível 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Allen Ayers was in a middle position and moved all in for just over 2,000,000 and action folded to Wai Kit Lo in the cutoff.

Lo took some time and checked his cards a couple of times before making the call.

Wai Kit Lo: JQAll in
Allen Ayers: AQ

Ayers was looking strong, and the A27 flop only improved him further.

The 9 and A runout sealed Lo's fate and he was eliminated from the tournament with around 45 players remaining.

Nível 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Clement Bonnant raised from middle position to 400,000 and Allen Ayers moved all in for around 1,100,000. Bonnant called, and the players flipped their hands.

Allen Ayers: KKAll in
