Nível 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 3,500 ante

The remaining 110 players are going on the final 15-minute break of the night. Play will resume in Level 13 with blinds at 1,500/3,000/4,500 ante and three more levels are on the schedule for the evening.

"Future Hall of Famer" Claassen Catches Huge Double-Up

Nível 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 3,500 ante
Christopher Claassen

Arriving to the table with 50,000 chips in the middle and after the draws had happened. The player in the small blind checked to Christopher Claassen in the big blind.

Claassen then jammed all in for 64,000, sending the small blind into the tank. Eventually, he made the call, leaving himself just 1,500 in chips behind.

Claassen showed 7x6x5x3x2x for a seven-low, and the small blind merely flashed his cards before adding them to the muck.

The small blind was eliminated by Patrick Leonard the next hand. Leonard then told PokerNews that Claassen would definitely be inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame later in his career.

Kell Doubles Through Shak

Nível 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 3,500 ante

The player under the gun opened for 5,000, Alexander Kell jammed all in for 37,000, and Dan Shak four-bet all in for 72,000.

The player under the gun eventually folded, after which Shak stood pat. Kell thought about it for a while before drawing one card, and the players showed down.

Dan Shak: 10x8x5x4x2x
Alexander Kell: 9x4x3x2x

Kelly allegedly broke a ten-nine, and he was rewarded as a 7x gave him a superior hand, and he doubled up.

Sternheimer Takes from Turner

Nível 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 3,000 ante

Philip Sternheimer opened to 5,500 from middle position and Jon Turner defended from the big blind.

Turner drew two, while Sternheimer took one and bet 8,500 when checked to. Turner thought for a while before he reluctantly tossed in calling chips, as he explained, "I block a few cards."

"You're using that fancy term again," replied Sternheimer as he turned over 10x8x6x4x2x for the winner.

Arriving when the cards had already been drawn, Quan Zhou checked from middle position to the player in the cutoff, who bet 12,000 chips into a pot of 22,500.

Marcel Vonk then quickly called on the button, and Zhou followed suit after thinking it through. The cutoff showed 8x6x5x5x3x for a pair of fives and Vonk tabled 9x7x5x4x3x for a nine-seven.

Zhou's cards flew into the muck as he was left with five big blinds.
