Joseph Shammas limped under the gun, before Per Hilderbrand in early position raised. Then Roland Israelashvili in the cutoff, Jerry Wong on the button, and Shammas all called.

The flop came 8Q3 and Shammas checked to Hilderbrand who bet. Both Israelashvili and Wong called, before Shammas raised. All three players made the call to see the turn.

After the K Shammas bet, and all three players made the call.

The river brought the 5 and action checked to Israelashvili in the cutoff, and all three players called after he bet.

Israelashvili showed AKJ2 for the nut low with ace-deuce. Wong tabled Q653 the best high hand with two pair queens and threes to chop the pot with Israelashvili.

Schwartz Makes A Good Laydown

Action was picked up on the turn in a pot between Jake Schwartz in early position, Harold Klein in the big blind and Robert Mizrachi on the button.

With a pot having been built up and a board reading Q534, Klein checked to Schwartz who bet and only Mizrachi called.

The river peeled off a 6 and Schwartz checked over to Mizrachi who bet. Schwartz went into the tank pondering his decision and eventually tossed his hand into the muck. Mizrachi smiled and flashed A2 for a wheel which was good for the pot.

Maxim Panyak raised from early position, and was called by Norman Chad from the cutoff, and Gina Hecht in the big blind.

The flop came 334 and Hecht checked to Panyak who bet. Chad called, as did Hecht.

After the 5 on the turn, Hecht led out for a bet, which got Panyak to fold, but Chad called to see a river.

The river was the 6 and Hecht bet again, and Chad quickly made the call.

Chad tabled AQ92 for a wheel, but Hecht had A422 for an ace high flush and a wheel as well, leaving Chad quartered.

The very next hand at the same table, Allen Kessler was all in for his last 4,500. He was not able to win the pot and was eliminated from the tournament.

O'Dea Takes From Genard

Action was picked up on a flop between four players.

With a board reading J39, Eoghan O'Dea bet from the small blind, which Shirley Rosario in the big blind called. In late position, Susan Genard raised and Alexandr Orlov on the button folded while the other two players called.

Everyone checked the 2 turn and on the 8 river, action checked over to Genard who bet which saw only O'Dea call.

Genard tabled AJ92 for jacks up, but it was no good against O'Dea who held KJ74 for a king-high flush and an eight-seven low.

Seidel Takes it Away

Action folded to Erik Seidel in the cutoff who raised, before being three-bet by Marcel Luske on the button. Seidel made the call to see the flop.

The flop came 239 and Seidel check-called the bet from Luske.

After the 4 turn, Seidel led out for a bet. Luske started shaking his head before throwing his cards in the muck and giving the pot to Seidel.
