Ausmus Leaves Livingston on Fumes

Nível 8

2-7 Triple Draw

Alex Livingston bet on the second draw from the cutoff and Jeremy Ausmus called under the gun.

"I almost checked to preserve my chips," Livingston said as both players drew one. Ausmus then led out with a bet.

Livingston called and Ausmus showed 7x6x5x3x2x. Livingston mucked as Ausmus took the pot, knocking Livingston down to an extreme short stack.

Martini Spikes the Turn to Double Through Lindgren

Nível 8

No-Limit Hold'em

Three ways on a 265 flop, Julien Martini was already all in for his remaining 51,000 from the big blind. Erick Lindgren called from the hijack and Michael Noori folded from the cutoff.

Julien Martini: Q6All in
Erick Lindgren: 1010

Lindgren held the lead with his overpair, but the Q turn improved Martini to two pair to vault into the lead.

The J river changed nothing and Martini scored the double up.

Limit Hold'em

Viktor Blom raised in the hijack before Aaron Katz reraised on the button. Michael Rocco put in another raise in the small blind and both Blom and Katz called.

The flop came J78 and action checked to Katz who bet. Blom and Rocco called and the K fell on the turn.

Katz bet again and Rocco called. Blom, though, came back with a raise this time and Katz reraised. Rocco got out of the way, while Blom called.

The K fell on the river and Katz bet. Blom called, then mucked when Katz showed JJ for a full house to win the massive pot.

Phill Ivey
Phill Ivey

Limit Hold'em

Jason Mercier raised in the hijack and Gus Hansen called in the small blind. Phil Ivey then reraised in the big blind and both Mercier and Hansen called.

The flop came 5AJ and Ivey continued with a bet. Mercier and Hansen called again to see the K turn.

Hansen then led out with a bet and Ivey called. Mercier raised, Hansen folded, while Ivey stuck around to see the 5 river.

Ivey then bet. "Oh man," Mercier sighed before tossing in the chips to call. Ivey showed him JJ for a rivered full house and Mercier tossed QQ into the muck.

"That's how you win bracelets. Yep, that's how you win bracelets," Hansen said following the hand.

Nível 8
Chris Vitch
Chris Vitch

Pot-Limit Omaha

In a four-way limped pot to the 985 flop, no betting action took place and the same applied for the J turn. The Q river was checked to Naoya Kihara, who was last to act. He bet 13,000 and Mike Lang folded with just 24,000 behind, as did everyone else involved.

Chris Vitch and John Racener then tangled in a heads-up pot on the Q92 flop, on which Vitch check-called for 16,000. Vitch checked the 10 turn and Racener bet 24,000 only to fold to a shove by Vitch for 60,000.

While that shove went through, table short stack Lang bowed out shortly after.
