Suvarna Sees Off Ponakovs; Gottlieb Doubles
Nível 11
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Santhosh Suvarna raised from the cutoff and snap-called when Ponakovs jammed for around 500,000.
Aleksejs Ponakovs: J♥10♥
Santhosh Suvarna: A♦A♥
Suvarna made a set on the A♣J♣9♣ flop to stay ahead. The Q♥ turn gave Ponakovs an open-ender but the J♠ river filled Suvarna up to secure the bust out.
On another table, there was around 700,000 in the pot on the J♠5♠K♦7♣5♣ board.
Seth Gottlieb checked and then called off his stack of 710,000 after [Removed:564] jammed as the covering stack.
[Removed:565] was caught speeding with Ax7x and Gottlieb doubled up as he held the Q♥J♥ for second pair.
