No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw
Paul Tedeschi patted against an opponent who drew one and then had a bet worth 12,000 paid off to reveal the 9x6x5x3x2x for a ninety-six. That was good enough to win the pot for the French player to surpass the average in the final level of the night.

Omaha Hi-Lo
The remaining short stack of Michael McKenna was almost all in the middle prior to the 6♥6♣5♦ flop on which his bet of 3,000 was called by Gershon Distenfeld. McKenna then bet the last 1,000 in the dark prior to the 2♦ turn. Distenfeld was briefly confused before it was made clear he only needed to put in one more chip before the showdown proceeded.
Michael McKenna: A♦K♦5♣4♦
Gershon Distenfeld: 7♣6♦3♦2♣
"I have a full house," Distenfeld declared and McKenna demanded "three of diamonds one time" before he leaned over to see that one card for a scoop already being out of the equation. He still had the low but that also vanished with the A♣ river to end his run in the tournament.

Omaha Hi-Lo
Gershon Distenfeld raised from the cutoff, Michael Moncek three-bet the button, Amnon Filippi made it four bets from the small blind, and both players called.
On the 10♣9♣3♥ flop, Filippi led with a bet and both opponents called.
The turn brought the 5♥. Filippi bet, Distenfeld folded, Moncek raised, and Filippi called.
The 2♥ peeled off on the river. Filippi led once again and Moncek called.
Filippi revealed A♠A♦9♥4♣ and his wheel was good enough for the scoop.

On the river of a J♣7♦3♣8♣Q♥ board, Shaun Deeb paid off a bet worth 6,700 by Nick Guagenti in the next seat. He was shown the 8♥7♥ for two pair and that was good enough for Guagenti to win the pot, nearly closing the gap to Deeb.

Bradley Jansen: A♥3♦6x / 3♥2♠8♥6♣
Opponent: J♦8♦7♥ / A♣4♠Q♣K♠
Bradley Jansen has an above average stack in the penultimate level and recently added even more chips in a smaller heads-up pot. He called two bets by his opponent before they checked down on seventh street. The other player involved had a scary board showing but didn't catch anything, while Jansen earned the pot with what appeared to be two pair.

Pot-Limit Omaha
Thomas Taylor and Maksim Pisarenko tangled in a heads-up pot out of the blinds and created a pot of around 25,000 to the K♠7♦5♣J♠A♦ river on which both players then checked.
Taylor showed the J♦10♠10♦4♠ but Pisarenko had the best hand in A♠K♥5♠4♣ for two pair to win the pot.
After the hand was over, John Kabbaj exclaimed "oh, Chris Vitch won the 1k PLO?" when checking his phone. Ron Ware burst out laughing because he knew Taylor had been the runner-up in that very event. And Pisarenko still has a heads-up to play for the WSOP gold bracelet against Mike Leah, too.
