Dwan's River Bet Goes Uncalled

Nível 19 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Richard Dixon opened to 30,000 on the button and Brandon Schwartz called from the small blind. Jamie Dwan also called from the big blind.

All three players checked to the river on the Q54310 board where Dwan fired a bet of 60,000. Both Dixon and Schwartz folded.

Zhang Dents Rosenblum in Three-Bet Pot

Yang Zhang opened the action with a raise to 30,000 from the button. Russell Rosenblum three-bet to 95,000 from the small blind and Zhang proceeded with a call.

Rosenblum continued for 80,000 on J38 and Zhang made the call.

Rosenblum checked the 8 turn over to Zhang who fired 125,000. Rosenblum made the laydown and was left as the table short stack.

Cheong's Stack Lassoed by Blanco's Cowboys

Joseph Cheong limped from the small blind and Sonny Franco made it 50,000 from the big blind. Cheong then reraised to 175,000, and Franco shoved all in for over 800,000. Cheong had around 700,000 total in his stack and made the call which put him at risk.

Cheong never found any help on the A7974 runout which sent to the rail with a little under 90 minutes remaining in the day.

Edoc Takes From Munteanu

Lester Edoc opened the button to 30,000 and Bogdan Munteanu defended from the big blind.

Munteanu checked to Edoc on the A103 flop and Edoc bet 25,000. Munteanu then check-raised to 80,000 and after some thought, Edoc made the call.

Both players checked the 7 turn to see the 2 come on the river. Munteanu then check-folded to a bet of 75,000 from Edoc

Beauregard Doubles Through Drobin

Blanco Moves Up the Leaderboard

On a board of QJ7J Bin Weng had bet 130,000 from the button. His opponent in the hand, Lucas Blanco, made the call from the hijack.

The two players saw the 5 come on the river. This got checked through and Blanco flipped over AQ for the winner

Soika Dodges Bullets

Lester Edoc made it 30,000 from the hijack and Ihar Soika three-bet to 90,000 from the cutoff. Noah Novick was in the big blind and four-bet shoved for 310,000. Edoc folded, but Soika went into the tank. The clock was eventually called and during the 30-second countdown, Soika folded.

"You have so many chips, how could you fold?" sighed Novick as he tabled AA.
