: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Matthew McEwan raised from the button to 240,000 and was called by Bernd Gleissener in the big blind.
Both players checked after the J♦6♠10♥ flop.
The turn was the 10♦ and Gleissner bet 200,000 before being raised by McEwan to 650,000. Gleissner wasted little time to three-bet McEwan all in for 2,015,000, McEwan made the call, and put his tournament life on the line. n
Matthew McEwan: K♣10♠
Bern Gleissner: Q♥10♣
It was McEwan on the right side of a cooler, as he had Glessiner out kicked, both making trip turns. The river was the 3♥ and gave McEwan the double.
