The flop came J♠K♠8♠ and both players checked.

On the turn was the 6♦ and Nepom bet 25,000 which was called Stavrakis.

The river was the 8♥ and Nepom checked to Stavrakis, who bet out 85,000, which Nepom quickly called.

Stavrakis announced "queen high flush" but Nepom tabled A♠9♦4♣2♠ for the nut flush and scooped the pot.

Stavrakis said "I was trapping you, thankfully I checked the flop"
