Lewis Powers Up on River

Nível 23 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Action picked up on a board showing 5810910 in a battle of the blinds between Andrew Ziskin and WSOP bracelet winner Toby Lewis.

Ziskin, who was in the big blind, had an 80,000 bet on the felt, and was waiting on Lewis to act.

Lewis, who was in the small blind, responded with a healthy 400,000 check-raise, which got Ziskin’s attention.

“How much is that?” Ziskin asked the dealer, who counted the chips and confirmed the amount.

Ziskin then went in the tank for up to a minute, shuffling chips with his right hand while staring at the board. Ziskin then looked at his opponent and folded.

Aqmelli Tables the Goods

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Action picked up on a board showing J10K37 in a hand between Ting Zhou and Domyo Aqmelli.

Zhou bet 170,000 on the river, but then faced a 580,000 raise from Aqmelli, who had position on the button.

Aqmelli’s raise put Zhou in the tank, as she sat up in her chair to study the board, then shot glances across the table to her opponent.
