Action went check-check on the 5♥4♥Q♦ flop before Muzzio led out for 225,000 on the 10♦ turn. Rean took a second, counting his chips, before moving all in for over 700,000. Muzzio made the quick fold while Rean dragged in a nice pot.

Ryan Coon opened in early position to 65,000 and was three bet by Tiago Alves on the button. Eric Pfenning called in the small blind and Coon called, closing the action.
Three ways to 3♥4♣J♠ and Pfenning went all in for his remaining 130,000. Coon went all in over the top for over 500,000 and Alves called, covering.

Day 2 of Event #33: $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack at the 2024 World Series of Poker will return to action at 11 a.m. Las Vegas time. A whopping 2,402 entries on Day 1 generated a total prize pool of $1,225,020. Only 95 competitors will return to Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas for their chance of Gold.
Maxx Coleman has himself in a position to win another bracelet, having bagged third in chips; he’s only behind Natalio Pereira (2,240,000) and Jose Ferro (2,200,000).
Ryan Coon (690,000) had several deep runs in PLO events in the 2023 World Series and he’s looking to better the runner-up spot he took last year. Todd Estes (675,000) is looking for his second piece of gold and remains well in contention. Nipun Java (220,000) and Michael Wang (170,000) are both looking for their third piece of hardware but will need to make up some ground.
Plenty of big names and previous bracelet winners ran deep enough to get in the money but fell short of Day 2: Koray Aldemir, Sean Troha, Joe Cada, Ryan Riess, Kane Kalas, and Daniel Negreanu, just to name a few.
