Yau showed A8 for a rivered straight flush to beat out the nine-high flush of his opponent with 96.

Lijo Wins With Big-Slick

On a flop of 5K9, Warwick Mirzikinian and Lucas Foster checked out of the blinds, and Lander Lijo bet 24,000. Both Mirzikinian and Foster called.

After the K turn got checked to him again, Lijo fired out a bet 72,000. Only Mirzikinian stuck around with a call.

Mirzikinian checked for the final time on the 6 river. After using one of his time extensions, Lijo bet 139,000. Mirzikinian thought long and hard using multiple time extensions himself before flicking in the call. Lijo turned over AK for trip kings to take down the pot

Kincaid Eliminated; Chen Over Two Million

Pieter Aerts had just doubled through John Kincaid, who moved all in for 29,000 on the next hand. It folded to Joao Vieira in the small blind who three-bet all in, forcing out the big blind.

Vieira was ahead and flopped a pair on the AJ7 flop. The turn 9 gave Kincaid a pair to go with his gutshot, but the river was the 5 and he was eliminated.

Meanwhile, James Chen has made a great start to the day, moving up over two million chips after the first level of the day.

The K turn got checked through for the 8 to come on the river. Ponakovs checked again to which Kornuth moved all in for 160,000. Ponakovs and Kornuth had started the hand with a similar amount of chips, but after using three of his time extensions, Ponakovs opted to fold.
