In one of the first hands of the day, Bryan Lapham relayed that he had just eliminated Mahsee Johns.
Johns had three-bet shoved all in over an early position open with 8x8x. Lapham woke up with JxJx behind and shoved all in himself.
The early position player folded and after the board ran out clean for Lapham's jacks, he moved up to just over the 600,000-chip mark and is the new chip leader.
