Tao Chu

PokerNews caught the tail end of a big three-way all-in between Zhao Xin, Toby Boas, and Tao Chu. The players and the dealer helped recap the hand:

Action folded around to Xin, who shoved on the button, covering both Boas in the small blind and Chu in the big blind. Xin started the hand with close to 4,000,000, Chu had 1,265,000, and Boas had slightly less. Boas and Chu both called Xin's all-in.

Toby Boas: 8x8x All in
Tao Chu: KKAll in
Zhao Xin: Kx8x

The board ran out 9xAx9xJx3x and Chu's pair of kings held, to triple up. Boas was eliminated and sent to the payout desk.

Deeb's Chips Ride the Roller Coaster

Nível 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Joshua Zucchet raised to 120,000 from middle position and was called by Shaun Deeb in the small blind.

Action checked through on a AJ7 flop.

The turn was the 7, Deeb checked and Zucchet wagered 200,000, Deeb made the call.

The river was the 6, Deeb checked, Zucchet mentioned he didn't think a bluff would work on Deeb and checked.

Deeb rolled over the A3 and Joshua Zucchet mucked his cards.

A few hands later there was an under-the-gun open-shove from Aaron Rondon for roughly 960,000. Deeb made the call from the cutoff and had Rondon's stack covered.

Aaron Rondon: AJ All in
Shaun Deeb: AQ

The board ran out Q95810 giving Rondon the straight and a much needed double up.

Deeb with the Needles

Nível 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Shaun Deeb had a three bet to 400,000 cut out in front of him preflop with less than half that behind. Benjamin Horgan went all in two seats to his left. Deeb took his time as "Payout!" could be heard scattered around the room. After a few more moments, Deeb made the call.

Shaun Deeb: J9 All in
Benjamin Horgan: QJ

Horgan was in the lead when hands were tabled, but Deeb needled him, saying, "You don't want to give me chips," implying Horgan shouldn't have put himself in this position.

The flop was clean for Horgan as it rolled A24. Eyes raised when the 5 came and the river made Deeb's flush with the 4. Deeb went on to tell Horgan that it wasn't strategically sound to put the more than half a million chips at risk.

Horgan tried to shake off the situation saying, "I'm just going to play my game."
