Shak Puts Opponent to the Test
Nível 16
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Action folded around to the player in the small blind who limped, and Dan Shak checked in the big blind.
The two went to a flop of K♣K♦3♣, where the small blind bet 6,000 and Shak called.
On the 7♦ turn, the small blind led out for 20,000 and Shak called again.
The river peeled the 9♦, bringing in the backdoor flush draw. The small blind checked and Shak moved all in for almost 100,000, putting his opponent to a tough decision.
The small blind eventually folded and Shak chipped up.
