Borella Applying Max Pressure

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Steven Borella raised in early position to 48,000, which was called by the big blind.

The flop came 6310 which both players checked.

On the turn was the Q which the big blind checked over to Borella, who bet out 50,000. The blind then decided to raise to 150,000 before Borella instantly three-bet all in for the big blind's last 200,000 chips. After sitting in the tank for over a minute, the big blind laid his hand down.

Thomas Over a Million

Nível 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

On a J1065 turn Joe Cada was in a hand against Aaron Thomas.

Thomas had bet 60,000 and Cada had raised out of position to 200,000. Thomas called.

The river was the 4. Cada checked.

"Damn Joe," said Thomas, before checking behind. Cada showed A4 for a missed flush draw and a rivered pair of fours, but it wasn't enough as Thomas showed Q10 for a pair of tens and won the pot.

Greenberg

Nível 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Matthew Greenberg shoved from the small blind on a 23K flop into the button who had just under Greenberg's stack. The button took a little while but found a call.

Button: K4All in
Matt Greenberg: KQ

The button was looking to improve on the turn and river but the J and 6 was no good and the opponent walked away from the table.

Greenberg added another bounty chip to his stack, and after the hand he sat with ten.

Branchen More Than Doubles; Eliminates a Player

Nível 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

A player from early position moved all in for 64,000. Matt Bond called before Clinton Branchen three-bet all in from the big blind for 240,000. With the action back on Bond, he thought before calling to put two players at risk.

Early position: 44 All in
Clinton Branchen: AJ All in
Matt Bond: 87

The flop Q106 gave both Bond and Branchen a gutshot straight draw. The turn K completed Branchen's straight with the 4 giving the third player in the hand a set, but it wasn't enough as he was eliminated and Branchen doubled through Bond.

Singleton Sets the Trap with Aces

Nível 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

A commotion was heard from a nearby table involving a three-way all-in and an exciting runout. The players at the table recapped the hand for PokerNews:

A short-stacked player moved all in from early position and Jason Singleton called from middle position, with chips behind. Andy Orso, in the small blind, then moved all in who had both early position and Singleton covered, and Singleton quickly called.

Early position: A9 All in
Jason Singleton: AA All in
Andy Orso: 7x7x

Orso pulled ahead and was in great shape to collect two bounties after the 75J flop. That was until the A landed on the turn, the last remaining ace in the deck. The meaningless 4 was dealt on the river and Singelton scooped a big pot, as well as a bounty.
