Katz paired his jack on the J♦4♥8♦ flop while Hoffman hit the nut low on the 6♦ turn. The 2♥ river counterfeited him, however, and Katz scooped up the pot with his wheel for the low and straight to the six for the high.

Max Hoffman had open-raised from the cutoff when Doug Lorgeree put in a three-bet to 19,000 from the big blind. Hoffman made the call and the two saw a flop of J♠10♣5♦.
Lorgeree then pushed in his final 24,500 and Hoffman tanked for a bit before deciding to look him up.

Lorgeree made a full house on the J♦ turn and even upgraded it on the A♠ river, fully doubling him up.

Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu are seated beside each other at the same table, drawing a large group of spectators to the rail to watch.
"You're a $130 player and he's a $70 player. You should play twice as good as him," tablemate Dustin Dirksen told Negreanu.
Hellmuth then limped in from the button and Negreanu called in the small blind, Ray Henson raised in the big blind, Hellmuth piled in his last 45,500, Negreanu got out of the way, while Henson pushed his entire stack in a pile in front of him to call.

The board came J♣9♣10♣ to keep Hellmuth's aces in the lead, while the rest of the board ran out 6♣J♦ and Hellmuth doubled up.
"He saved you, Phil. I would've had quads," Negreanu said.

Max Hoffman raised from the hijack and was called by Jordan Siegel in the cutoff. Cary Katz then flicked in his final few chips on the button for less than a call, and Jon Shoreman defended his big blind.
On the first draw, Shoreman drew one, Hoffman drew two, Siegel drew one, and Katz drew two.
The side pot action checked to Siegel, who fired a bet and received calls from Shoreman and Hoffman.
On the second draw, Shoreman drew one and Hoffman drew two while Siegel and Katz stood pat, followed by another bet from Siegel and two check-calls.
On the final draw, Shoreman and Hoffman each took one card before Siegel and Katz remained pat. The action was checked to Siegel once more, whose bet made Shoreman and Hoffman lay their hands down, awarding Siegel the sizable side pot.
At showdown, Siegel took the low part of the main pot with his 6♥5♣3♠2♦A♦, while Katz received the badugi part with his 6♣5♥4♥3♦A♠.

Greg Mueller and Brian Brunner had each put in several bets as they went heads-up to sixth street. Mueller then bet again and Brunner called.
Mueller bet on seventh and Brunner again called. "Eight," Mueller announced, turning over 7-4-2 for an 8-7-5-4-2. Brunner mucked and Mueller took the pot.

Nick Guagenti raised under the gun and was three-bet by Daniel Zack in the hijack. Guagenti tossed in a call and also check-called Zack's continuation-bet on the 2♣10♠6♣ flop.
Guagenti checked again on the 8♠ turn, but this time he quickly forfeited his hand when Zack fired another bet.

Both Jon Shoreman and Nick Pupillo drew one on the second draw and Pupillo then moved all in for around 40,000. Shoreman called.
Shoreman stood pat, while Pupillo took one. Shoreman turned over 7-6-5-3-2 while Pupillo also had 7-6-3-2 as he waited to turn over his last card, but it was a nine and sent him to the rail.
