Shaun Deeb Eliminated in 2nd Place ($105,707)
Shaun Deeb ran into the juggernaut Ryan Hughes heads up trailing twenty-three million to six. It wasn't long before Deeb got it all in the middle in an attempt to double up.
Deeb 4♦4♣
Hughes 5♥Q♦
Deeb's fours looked well on their way to that double up on a flop of 9♥6♦9♦. But then as he had so many times previously, Hughes got just what he was looking for, the Q♥ on the turn. No four came to extend Deeb's day, and his hopes for a sixth bracelet crashed into Hughes' pursuit of his third.
