Lisk Doubles Through and Cripples Pantaleo

Blinds: 8,000/16,000

Giuseppe Pantaleo raised 36,000 from the button. Steven Lisk jammed all in for 171,712. The big blind folded, Pantaleo called, and it was off to the races for Lisk. Except it would be a one-legged race.

Lisk: A6
Pantaleo: 99

Lisk received a little help on a flop of K46, and then a LOT of help when the A spiked the turn. The river did not deliver the nine that Pantaleo suddenly needed, and Lisk doubled up.

Chris "battenfield" Battenfield Bursts The Money Bubble

Blinds: 5,000/10,000/1,000

Chris "battenfield" Battenfield opened to 20,000 from early position and Stephen "Spresso81" Press made the call on the button. Maxx "Mc4chess" Coleman moved all in from the small blind for 311,416 and action was back on Battenfield who called with a bigger stack. Press quickly got out of the way and the cards were on their backs.

Maxx "Mc4chess" Coleman: AK
Chris "battenfield" Battenfield: 88

It was a classic flip situation, but when the board ran out 106397, it was the eights that held up to win the flip and eliminate Coleman on the stone-bubble.

The remaining 120 players are now in the money and guaranteed a minimum cash of at least $2,664.

"HavingFun" Is Having Fun With The Turn Card

Blinds: 3,000/6,000/600

The action started when "drivemynuts" opened to 12,000 from under the gun. "HavingFun" moved all in next to act for 183,374 and it folded back around to "drivemynuts" who quickly called for their last 77,098 total.

"drivemynuts": JJ
"HavingFun": 77

"drivemynuts" was in great shape preflop, but when the board ran out AK972, it was the turned set for "HavingFun" that scored the pot to send "drivemynuts" out before the money.

Blinds: 3,000/6,000/600

The action folded to Tom "looter" Marchese who opened for 12,000 from the hijack and only Joseph "biueberry" Cheong made the call in the big blind.

The flop came Q103 and Cheong checked over to Marchese who continued for 9,000. Cheong took a moment, but eventually folded and the small pot was sent to Marchese as the money bubble inches closer.

Blinds: 1,700/3,400/340

Martin "SexPestGreg" Jacobson opened to 6,800 from middle position and both Jonathan "calmt.snake" Greene in the small blind and Paul "rungood27" Scaturro in the big blind made the call.

The flop came Q102 and Greene elected to jam all in for 24,244. Scaturro quickly folded and Jacobson snap-called to put Greene at risk.

Jonathan "calmt.snake" Greene: A4
Martin "SexPestGreg" Jacobson: AA

Greene was in need of a diamond to stay alive, but when the board ran out K5, it was the aces that held up for Jacobson to send Greene to the rail.
