Heude bet again the Q♠ river for 3,200 and Boatman called to get shown the Q♦9♥ for a rivered pair of queens. Boatman had that beat with the J♦4♦ for a straight to win the pot.

Soule Salmani on the button tanked for several minutes before the clock was called. Salmani allowed the clock to run for a few seconds before he folded as Baumann nearly doubled up without a showdown.

"I had the best hand," Sturm replied as he flashed the A♠ and raked in the pot.

The flop came 7♥5♦3♥. The hijack checked, Feldman made a continuation bet of 3,000 and the hijack made the call.

The hijack check-called another bet from Feldman on the 10♠ turn, this time for 5,100. Both players checked the 9♦ river.

The hijack turned over K♠5♠ for fourth pair and Feldman turned over 8♣7♣ for a pair of sevens to take down a decent pot.

Disastrous Start for Day 1b Chip Leader Van der Spuy

Jean-Pierre van der Spuy grabbed the chip lead on Day 1b, but his chip stack had already been mostly demolished, with just 35,000 chips remaining, when the action was caught.

Thomas Galusha then went all-in for around 15,000 from the cutoff and Van der Spuy called from the small blind.

Galusha flopped a pair on 8♦Q♣A♠ and that would remain the best hand when the turn fell the 8♣ and the 6♦ river completed the board.

Another hit for Van der Spuy's stack as he now only plays roughly 25 big blinds. Meanwhile, Lawrence Chang has also lost some chips, while Jules Dickerson seems to be the biggest beneficiary of the chip trading, and is nearing the 400,000 mark.

On the Q♥ turn, Popowski sent another bet for 8,700 after it was checked to him and Neaman check-raised to 20,000. Popowski made the call and Neaman announced he was all in blind on the river.

When the Q♠ hit the river, Neaman actually shoved for his last 47,000 and Popowski called all in with less.

Neaman tabled A♥K♦ for the nut flush and Popowski showed 9x9x before making his way to the exit.
