Nakanishi check-called a continuation of 100,000 from Petleshkov on the A♠K♥4♥ flop to send the action to the turn.
Both players checked through the J♣ turn to the 8♦ river at which point Nakanishi moved all in for 550,000, representing a pot sized bet. That sent Petleshkov into the tank as he spent around a minute contemplating his decision. Eventually he found a call with A♣10♥ and was rewarded with the pot and elimination after Nakanishi could only turn over a bluff.
