The flop came J♦9♥3♠ and Wood check-called a bet of 1,000 from his opponent. On the 4♣ turn Wood checked again and the middle position player tossed out a bet of 5,000. Wood took some time, but eventually made the call.
The Q♣ completed the board and Wood quickly checked to his opponent, who after some thought, checked back to a showdown. Wood announced two pair and rolled over 9♣4♥ to scoop the pot when his opponent mucked their hand.
