On the river Q♠, Brockmann checked a third time and Lancaster decided to check back.
"Ace," Brockmann announced as he flipped over A♦10♣ for top pair.
Lancaster grunted and groaned and scoffed as he held a brief hand funeral before finally throwing it into the muck and the pot was awarded to Brockmann.
