Julien Martini was heads-up with Paul Serrate with a completed board of 8♥5♠5♣3♠3♥ spread across the felt. There was around 25,000 in the middle and Serrate checked to Martini who shoved all in as the bigger stack.
Serrate was sitting on a stack of 53,000 and had a decision to make for his tournament life. "I want to call you with ace-high," he said to Martini but got no reaction. Three minutes passed by and Serrate agonized some more before making the call.
Martini rolled over 8♣8♦ for a full house which made Serrate throw his A♠10♠ face up in disgust before exiting the tournament area.
