Pham Hits Two Pairs Against Tepeh

Everybody folded to Tjan Tepeh in the cutoff who opened to 1,500. Tony Pham in the big blind was the only one to call, to see the flop 7♣2♥4♠.
Both players agreed to add 1,000 chips to the pot at this point. Then Pham took the lead on the turn 2♣, betting 3,000. Tepeh called.
On the river 8♥, Pham bet again, this time 2,500. Tepeh, quite confused, took 30 seconds to think and called. But Tepeh appeared even more confused when he had to muck his cards, as Pham revealed 8♣4♣ for two pairs.
