Dia 1 Iniciado

Action Kicks Off at 2 PM in Event #82: $3,000 6-Handed Pot-Limit Omaha

Fabian Brandes

Welcome to Day 1 coverage of Event #82: $3,000 6-Handed Pot-Limit Omaha at the 2023 World Series of Poker. Players will file into Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas for a 2 p.m. start time in an attempt to build a stack to take into Day 2 as the end of the series nears with only a handful of bracelets left to be won.

Last year, Fabian Brandes outlasted a field of 719 hopefuls to claim his first WSOP gold bracelet and the $371,358 first-place prize money. The 2023 WSOP has seen an uptick in field sizes across the board but that has been especially true of the Pot-Limit Omaha events, so as the series inches closer to it's end, it wouldn't be at all surprising to see a huge turnout for this event.
