Allan Le raised to 8,000 and Ben Yu defended his big blind. On a flop of Q♥J♥7♥, Yu check-called for another 8,000. The K♣ turn was checked around and Yu then bet the K♦ river for 8,000. Le sent his cards to the muck and Day 2 entrant Yu chipped up without showdown.

Bolden Move Doesn't Pay Off for Bronshtein

Vitch Catches Urbanovich Bluffing

With preflop raises to 18,000 and a postflop bet and call worth 42,000 out in front, Christopher Vitch in the small blind and Dzmitry Urbanovich on the button were headed to the A♥10♠9♥3♠2♥ river. Vitch checked and Urbanovich bet 65,000 to send his opponent into the tank.

Vitch reluctantly called and Urbanovich revealed the 9♣4♠4♦3♥ for two pair with two nut-low blockers, which Vitch had beat holding the A♣Q♣10♥7♦ for aces and tens.

Vitch climbed to nearly 500,000 in chips, which is currently only surpassed by Martin Zamani.

Dzmitry Urbanovich had tripled up with aces when Christopher Vitch had kings and a third player was also involved in the action.

Urbanovich put the newfound chips in use soon after when Nital Jethalal was all in for one big blind out of the small blind. The J♠7♥5♥ flop was checked by Urbanovich and Eoghan O'Dea from under the gun before the Q♦ turn saw Urbanovich bet 28,000 and O'Dea call.

On the A♥ river, Urbanovich took some time before betting 22,000 and O'Dea folded.

Jethalal showed his K♥4♥3♠2♥ to earn the main pot while Urbanovich earned the larger side pot.
