Ryan Lashmar
Ryan Lashmar

This hand was relayed by PokerNews' own Ryan Lashmar.

The under-the-gun player opened for 2,000 and the hijack called. Dan Samson called from the button, while Lashmar called from the big blind with 22.

The flop came Q62, and all players checked around.

When the J peeled off on the turn, Lashmar bet 3,000 and all remaining players called.

The river was the 9, and the hijack led out for 13,200. Samson and Lashmar made the call, and Lashmar revealed his 22 to the table. Everyone else mucked their hands.

Hannon Takes Down Three-Way Pot

Nível 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Nigel Hannon raised under the gun and found callers in both the small blind and big blind leading to a 287 flop.

The blinds checked over to Hannon who continued with a bet of 3,200. Both of his opponents called to bring the J out on the turn.

The small blind checked and the big blind decided to toss out a bet of 6,000. Hannon called as did the player in the big blind before seeing the J hit the river.

Action checked through to showdown and Hannon turned over the K10 which was good enough to beat both opponents and take down the three-way pot.

Chung Bets Big to Take it Down

Nível 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

A player in late position bet 2,000 before the cutoff raised to 4,200. Both Sam Chung in the small blind and a middle position player made the call to see a flop.

The flop came 555, prompting the first two players to check quickly. The preflop aggressor led out for 6,100 and found a quick fold from the cutoff. Chung raised to 20,000 and was called by the late position player.

When the 3 peeled off on the turn, Chung continued for 25,000. His opponent showed the K as he folded.

Hughes Takes Flight on the River, Sees Opponents' Cards Crash into the Muck

Nível 9 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

A player in middle position raised to 3,500 and got two callers — one in the small blind and Eric Hughes in the big blind — leading to a 872 flop.

Action checked around, and on an A turn and everyone checked again.

When the 3 fell on the river, the small blind checked and Hughes tossed out a 7,000 bet. The middle position player called only to see the small blind player come in for a check-raise to 25,000.

Hughes thought briefly before jamming for 112,000 total.

The middle position folded and the small blind followed suit, awarding a pot to Hughes that had suddenly gotten quite big after checking through both the flop and turn.

Andrew Wins Massive Flip

Nível 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A player in middle position raised to 4,000 only to face a three-bet from a late position player to 14,500.

Action folded to John Andrew on the button who thought briefly before tossing in a four-bet to 25,500.

The middle position player got out of the way and the late position player was quick to jam. Andrew called off, putting himself at risk and sending both players to a runout.

John Andrew: JJ
Late Position: AK

The flop came 4Q7, keeping Andrew firmly in the lead but the 7 gave his opponent a lot of extra outs with one card to come.

The river came the 2 to give Andrew the winner and send a massive double-up in his direction.
