Steiger's Rockets Hold to Double Up
Nível 16
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
There were 105,000 chips in the middle from the pre-flop action and the flop came J♦8♠5♦. Michael Steiger moved all in for 115,000 from the hijack and was called by a player in early position.
Michael Steiger: A♥A♣
Early Position: Q♠Q♦
"Dammit!" shouted the early position player when Steiger turned over the pocket aces. The 9♦ turn gave additional gutshot outs to early position, but the 5♠ was a brick and Steiger doubled up.
Steiger mentioned to PokerNews that his wife will go crazy seeing his name in the updates. Mrs. Steiger - hopefully you will regain your composure in short order.
