Alexander Vimalanathan bet 12,000 from under the gun on a flop of A♠Q♣J♠, small blind Christian Burger raised to 30,000, and Vimalanathan moved all in.
Burger showed K♦10♥ for a flopped straight and Vimalanathan A♥Q♥ for two pair. Vimalanathan still seemed headed for elimination on a 10♠ turn, but the K♣ river counterfeited Burger's hand and gave Vimalanathan a narrow escape.
On the next hand Burger raised 12,000 from the button, saying, "All those chips belong to me." Vimalanathan called and they saw a flop of 2♣Q♠5♥.
Vimalanathan checked to Burger who bet 18,000, but Vimalanathan folded, keeping some of those chips away from Burger for the time being.
