Mark Fisher was all in for around 32,000 from early position and up against Hunter McClelland in the cutoff.
Mark Fisher: 10♦8♥Q♣9♣
Hunter McClelland: A♥7♦A♣J♥
Fisher was looking to improve against McClelland's aces as the flop came Q♥A♠3♣, giving him a pair but McClelland top set. The board ran out 4♥2♥ and McClelland improved to a flush to send his opponent to the rail.
Sachin Bhargava opened to 3,000 from early position and was called by Jason Daly in the cutoff.
Bhargava check-called a bet of 7,000 following the K♥3♠6♥ flop before action checked through the Q♠ turn to the A♠ river at which point Bhargava checked for a third time. After some thought Daly tapped the table but mucked after Bhargava turned over K♦J♦10♠4♠ for the flush.
Michael Dobbs raised to 3,500 from the button and Amnon Filippi called in the big blind.
The flop came 8♦6♦K♠ and Filippi checked over to Dobbs, who bet 5,300. Filippi tanked for a moment before he tossed in a call.
Both players checked the 9♣ turn before Filippi led out for 8,000 on the 10♥ river. Now it was Dobbs' turn to tank before he called.
"I played this hand as bad as I could possibly play it," Filippi said as he first turned over K♦10♦. "Do you have a straight," Filippi asked, but Dobbs only showed K♣10♣ for the same two pair.
Filippi then turned over the K♠ for top set. "Sorry, I didn't mean to slowroll you," he told Dobbs as he took the pot.
"I probably would've gone away. You actually played it perfectly," Dobbs replied.
Scott Bohlman and Scott Clements are both sitting with big stacks at this table.
Carol Fuchs raised from under the gun before Peiwen Wang, next to act, reraised. The rest of the table folded back around to Fuchs, who called to see the 5♦7♦5♣ flop.
She checked as Wang continued with a bet. Fuchs called again to the Q♠ turn where Wang put out another bet.
Fuchs called and both players checked the 10♣ river. Wang turned over 5♥A♣8♦3♦ for flopped trips and Fuchs mucked her hand.
Shirin Oskooi opened from the cutoff and was called by Randy Ohel in the small blind before Allan Le three-bet out of the big blind. Both Oskooi and Vanderpoorten called to keep action three-way heading to the flop.
Ohel checked on the 3♦3♠9♣ flop, prompting Le to continue his earlier aggression with a bet. That did not convince either of his opponents to get out of the way as both Oskooi and Ohel called.
Action checked through the Q♠ turn to the 10♦ river, at which point Ohel bet out. He was met by a quick fold from Le but Oskooi tossed in calling chips. Ohel showed down A♠3♥2♣5♣ for flopped trips, sufficiently strong to take down a large pot.
