Daniel Negreanu Eliminated in 16th Place ($10,632)
Daniel Negreanu opened to 200,000 in middle position before Matthew Parry three-bet to 400,000 on the button. The blinds quickly got out of the way and Negreanu pushed forward a call, leaving just 140,000 behind.
"Going to save these for a rainy day," joked Negreanu, pointing at his chips behind the line. "If I miss the flop, I fold."
The dealer fanned a flop of 9♣7♦3♦ and Negreanu checked before Parry dropped two blue chips across the line for a bet of 200,000.
Negreanu pulled out his video camera as he said, "This is not good! We got three-bet and we have nothing, but there's too much in the pot," and then proceeded to push his chips across the line and both hands were tabled.
