Robert Takes Down a Pot to Near Starting Stack
Nível 4
: Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
With a preflop raise of 1,400 from the UTG player, Vincent Robert called from the dealer button taking it heads up to the flop.
The flop came 2♥2♦9♥ where the prior aggressor continued for 1,800. Robert took little time making the call.
A 10♥ on the turn slowed down the action, as the early position player checked to Robert. Robert bet 4,000 with the other player making a call shortly after.
The river peeled the J♣ leading to another check from the first acting player. Robert bet 8,000 prompting a quick fold from his opponent.
With this pot, Robert is sitting just under starting stack with 33,000.
