Just Quad Aces for Allard
Nível 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
With a flop of A♣J♠A♦ Virgile Allard opted to check, allowing the first of the two other players in the pot to bet for 2,000. The other player quickly folded, as Allard continued with a call to make it a heads up pot.
The turn was the A♠, allowing any Jack or paired hand to make a full house. Once again, Allard checked leading to his opponent to bet 5,000 into the pot. After little time, Allard found a call to the river.
Nothing changed on the river, as a 10♥ only added one more full house. Both Allard and his opponent checked it down, resulting in Allard showing A♥2♦ for the nuts and quads before the break. With this pot, Allard's stack increased to the tune of 131,700.
