Nigh Wins a Big Pot
Nível 19
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Eric Yanovsky raised in middle position to 20,000 and the small blind Peter Nigh and the big blind Clifford Pappas both called.
The flop was A♦8♣9♣ and Yanovsky bet 25,000 and both blinds called.
The turn brought the 9♥ and everyone checked.
On the river A♥ Yanovsky continued the aggression and bet 95,000 and both blinds called again. Nigh showed A♣4♣ for Aces-full, Pappas showed 10x9x for a lower nines-full, and Yanovsky mucked. This left Nigh with a nice pot.
