Shimizu Goes Small on the River
Nível 6
: Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Nozomu Shimizu raised on the button and Brock Wilson called from the small blind before big blind Jake Kalb reraised to 17,000. Only Shimizu called to the 5♦Q♦5♥ flop.
Kalb continued for 10,000 and Shimizu came back with a raise to 35,000. Kalb quickly called, then check-called another bet of 65,000 on the K♠ turn.
The river came the J♥ and Shimizu bet small this time, tossing out around 10,000. Kalb quickly called and Shimizu turned over 9♥8♣ for a bluff. Kalb showed A♦J♠ to win the pot.
